Calypso Beach Resort - Tower III.

Even though the resort and our unit is less than 4 years old, we just totally refurnished and redecorated it to take it to the next level and bring the outside and the "view" - inside!

There is even a pair of binoculars for you to use so you can take in the 24-hour view which goes all the way down the coast to Destin! The best “amenity” is that every night the sun sets straight out in front of you and slips into the water just beyond the pier!

This beautiful property brings the relaxed, island feel of the Caribbean to the Emerald Coast with the best of resort luxury and style. Six super fast and modern elevators mean you're never waiting long to get up or down and the beach is just a 2-minute walk from the elevators.

When you've had enough surf and sand, you will love the resort style zero-entry heated pool with plenty of lounge seating, a hot tub, a fire pit, and private cabanas that are available to rent.

There’s a Tiki bar - with occasional live music and a fabulous on-site restaurant (Emerald Hub) by the pool with tasty sandwiches, pizza, coffee, donuts, ice cream and more.

Living Spaces:

The living room features a cozy sectional (that transitions into a queen-sized bed) with stunning views of the ocean and the Pier – where you can watch your favorite movie and still have one eye on the sunset, or just step outside the living room onto the expansive balcony with its own dining table, chaise lounges and additional comfy seating and enjoy the “show”.

Kitchen and Dining:

Even though there are many restaurants within walking distance, this brand-new kitchen, complete with ocean view, has everything you need. In addition to a convenient eat-in island counter, there’s a gracious dining table, as well seating for 8 on the oversized balcony.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

“What a View” features 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 sparkling clean full bathrooms, luxury 5-function shower heads with a 6-function hand-held wand. The master bedroom has its own Gulf view from the king size bed and its own private balcony access. The master’s en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Down the hall is another king bedroom with its own ocean view. And for the young and young at heart, there is a third bedroom with a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin XL on the top, and its own Smart TV. There’s also a second spacious full bathroom complete with tub. Need more room? The sectional sofa also doubles as an additional queen size bed.

Outdoors:

Calypso Tower III boasts a zero-entry heated pool with plenty of lounge seating. The private cabanas are available to rent and each one includes a TV, a sink, mini-fridge, and comfy lounge seating. For a quick bite, head to the Emerald Hub, or the pool-side Tiki bar for a tropical libation! After working out in the Fitness Room, take a dip in the hot tub, or relax by the fire pit.

Everyone in our family loves the ocean and the Gulf has our favorite beaches. The sand is nicer and the water is much calmer than the Atlantic and there is no other sound and the feeling you get when you hear those gentle waves lap up onto the shore in front of your toes.

“What A View” was a dream come true for our family. We were thrilled to be a part of the first new condo built in PCB in over 12 years. We love the resort feel of the entire property and the location can’t be beat. It’s right next to Pier Park and across the street from the Pier. The zero entry heated pool is amazing and you can get to the beach w/o crossing the street by using the enclosed walkover bridge.

We’re looking forward to making memories for years as our family grows and are happy to share it with you and yours. We’ve included everything we think you could possibly need to enjoy your days at the beach so you can spend your time making your memories.
